Tele-Care is a free and confidential provincial health information and advice line available to all New Brunswickers. By dialing 811 at any time of the day or night, you will  gain access to bilingual intake navigators and registered nurses, who will help you find health information and services, discuss symptoms and recommend whether you should be seen by a provider. Tele-Care 811 does not take the place of 911 or your local Emergency Department for urgent concerns.

You can use the symptom checker below to learn:

  • How serious your symptoms are?
  • If a healthcare visit is needed
  • What steps you can take to relieve your symptoms at home
